STABILITY OF A VIBRATORY-IMPACT SYSTEM WITH KINEMATICAL EXCITATION
The paper concerns the vibratory-impact system consisting of a vibrating mass which strikes the motion-less buffle during the vibration period. The forced vibration of the mass is obtained by means of sine-mechanism connected kinematically with the mass. The differential equation of motion of the considered system is derived and solved and then a certain
conditions assuring the impact are formulated. Using Andronov’s definition of structural stability the range of the parameters of the system is obtained within which the motion is periodical.
