Using the methods of the nonstandard modelling, we have proposed a homogenized model of thin elastic microperiodic plates bas been proposed. The system of the governing equations involves the deflection of the plate and two extra unknowns represented by two independent microlocal parameters. These parameters describe the expected behaviour of the plate within every periodicity cell. The shape functions in the postulated a priori kinematical constraints are the second order polynomials. In special cases the system of resulting equations can be reduced either to the single equation for the homogeneous thin plate or to the plate equation similar to that of the effective modulae theory.
