In the paper the Green function for equation Delta^2u(x,y)=0 and circular domain and circular sector with boundary data of Riquier type, i.e. u(x,y)|_C=0, Au(x,y)|_C=0, is effectively constructed. C denotes the boundary of the convenient domain.
