In most of the cases the dynamical control systems are presented in terms of the system of differential equations in the matrix form. Then the coefficients of linear systems of the strongest damping can be determined directly from the optimization conditions. The application of the matrix method lias been illustrated by optimization characteristics of the deformable control system for the longitudinal motion of an airplane.
