Modelowanie wielostopniowych przekładni zębatych metodą sztywnych elementów skończonych
A method of calculating the flexural and torsional vibrations of the machine tool main drives is presented. The physical model was constructed of rigid finite elements connected with elasticdamping elements of linear characteristics. Each elastic or damping element is defined by six rigidity or damping coefficients. The rigid finite elements modelling the gear are subjected to geometrical constraints resulting from the conditions of constant gearing. Both the mathematical model and the corresponding solution algorithm are presented in the form suitable for computations.
