Płynięcie kołnierza przy kształtowaniu wytłoczki z niejednorodnej blachy anizotropowej

The method of characteristics is applied to solve the problem of initial plastic flow of the flange in deep drawing with regard to the non-homogeneity and plane anisotropy of material. Characteristic line networks for stresses and hodographs are designed for some cases of shells with different cross-section shapes. The solutions allow to determine the favourable shape of the blank for the deep drawn part and explain the mechanism of earing of an anisotropic sheet metal.
