We have preeented the methods of defining the regions of permissible parameters of switching on a new system of controls for dynamic objects described by vectorical equations. The problem is of special importance for flying objects controlled by the guiding beam. Therefore tbe previous studies were extended taking into consideration the dynamics of the carrying-out system.
